I love going into work at my Asian Restaurant because I get to enjoy wonderful dishes like this one, the Bun Bo Hue, a spicy Pho dish of rice vermicelli noodles, beef and pork, onions, basil, been sprouts and jalepenos. Yummy.

Kiki Dee I’ve Got The Music In Me

I love to listen to this song before going into work. It helps put things into perspective. I’m a waiter so I deal with a great deal of problems that aren’t my fault during my shift. This songs puts it in my mind that this is just another day at work and I shouldn’t take any setbacks too personal. This is actually great advice for any restaurant worker. When we leave work, we need to leave those bad moments there as well: rude guests, bad tips, angry cooks… just leave it on the dining room floor where it belongs.
